Being in hospice care or seeing a loved one go through hospice care is never easy, though we try to make the process as comfortable as possible. Not only is our team here for your medical & therapy needs, but also for your emotional needs as well. There’s a lot that goes into home care/hospice care: insurance, bills, policies, medical policies & laws, and of course, tending to everyone’s needs. We’ll help guide you through it all.
Counseling
Being in the medical field means taking care of our patients and helping them in any way we can. Sometimes home care/hospice care can be overwhelming, so we’re here to listen carefully to your concerns and feelings. We can come up with a solution that works for everyone, or simply be a shoulder to cry on.
Resources
With so many different factors playing into home health care for the patient & family, it can be hard to navigate through the process. We are happy to assist with insurance policies and finding other helpful resources, such as support groups.
