Skilled Nursing

Our caring nursing staff gives our patients the quality one-on-one care they deserve. They will work closely with the patient, their family, and their doctor to help keep them out of the hospital and back to quality of life they deserve. Our nurses treat a variety of different diagnoses and will help teach the patient how to take care of themselves in order to improve their health.

Physical Therapy

The goal of physical therapy is to relieve pain, to develop and restore function and to obtain maximum performance to allow patients to safely access the community. Our trained therapists, in conjunction with your physician, will help you reach these goals through the following services:
  • Strengthening Exercises
  • Gait Training
  • Balance Training
  • Neuromuscular Re-education
  • Endurance Training
  • Transfer Training
  • Fall Risk Assessment
  • Safety Education
  • Care-Giver Training
  • Pain Management
  • Range of Motion Exercise

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy improves or restores functions of daily living which have been permanently lost or reduced by illness or injury. Those services include:
  • Evaluation and Recommendations
  • Perceptual/Motor Training
  • Training for Activities of Daily Living with and/or without Adaptive Equipment
  • Evaluation and Issues of Adaptive Feeding Utensils
  • Adaptive Techniques and
  • Energy Conservation Training

Speech Therapy

Our Speech Therapist will evaluate and treat speech disorders as recommended by your physician. The therapist will utilize different techniques to improve communication difficulties brought on by:
  • Aphasia
  • Motor Speech Disorders
  • Voice Disorders
  • Development of Alternative Communication Devices
  • Swallowing Disorder

Social Workers

Social workers are also available to help support the continuing improvement of our patients. They provide services to address the social and/or emotional factors that impact the patient’s ability to achieve the goals of the Plan of Care. The social worker will do a complete assessment to better understand and assist the patient in their continued care and recovery.


Home Health Aides

Our home health aides help assist our patients with day to day activities that may be difficult to complete due to their injury or illness. Personal hygiene, grooming and light housework are just some of the services our aides are trained to assist our patients with while they are recovering.
